- Pipeline of BESS projects in Spain with power and capacity (MW / MWh), location, distribution utility, substation and voltage documented per project.

- Per-project detail of awarded capacity, CTE cost, grid reinforcements, ICE, RDL bond and subsequent RDL commitment.
- Interconnection: evacuation point/distance, participation in shared line with other developers and synchronous condenser where applicable.

- Spanish parapharmacy group seeking structured financing to support its growth plan.
- Financing aimed at the acquisition of complementary parapharmacy businesses within a buy-and-build strategy.
