What We Do -Financial Advisory

We are an independent financial advisory firm specializing in investment banking and capital raising.

We advise business owners on selling their companies

or finding equity or debt partners.

Investment Banking

We provide independent financial advice to mid-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions, growth financing, international expansion, partner search, and access to capital markets.

Capital Raising

We support our fund manager clients in their interactions with institutional investors, focusing on specialized players and hard-to-access niche opportunities. Investing in alternatives has always been part of our DNA: private equity, infrastructure, renewables, microfinance, and more. We work in true partnership with our clients—and such is our confidence in what they do, that we also invest alongside them. One example is Qualitas Equity, where Finenza is an investor.

Microfinenza

Microfinenza is our dedicated division for investments in microfinance, later expanded to include impact investing opportunities for our institutional clients and Family Offices.
